Free Cancellation Window
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to $50, depending on the services booked and travel distance.
No-Shows
If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and no one is present, or the items to be cleaned are not accessible, this will be treated as a no-show. A no-show fee of up to $75 may apply to cover travel and time costs.
