How Quotes Are Prepared
All quotes are prepared by Jimmy based on the information and photos you provide in your quote request. Prices are based on the type of item, fabric, size, condition, and any specific stains or issues described.
Quote Validity
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date they are sent unless otherwise noted. After expiry, a new quote may be required.
Price Adjustments
In rare cases, the final price may differ from the quoted price if the actual condition of the item is significantly different from what was described or shown in photos. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding.
No Obligation
Receiving a quote does not obligate you to book. You are free to accept or decline at any time before the appointment is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. A receipt will be provided upon request.
